Q:How much is the shipping cost?
A:It is $0.00 as of May 2022.


Q:How long does it take for delivery after ordering?
A:Dispatched on the 21st of every month.
Delivery will take up to 1 week.

The deadline for ordering is the 20th of every month.
Eg: Order on the 1st of March → Dispatched from the 21st of March.
Order on the 21st of March → Dispatched from the 21st of April.

 

Q:Can I track my delivery?
A:We will send you an e-mail with a DHL tracking number after your order is shipped. You can check delivery status at:

Q:I have not received my order yet. What's going on?
A:Please contact DHL directly if there are any problems in the event of delivery (such as box theft, delivery to wrong address etc).
Assistance may not be available after 1 month from the final tracking status is delivered.
Please contact them as soon as possible.

 

Q:How can I change the shipping address?
A:Once the package has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
